Key Features and Approach

End-to-end Identity & Access Management solution with phased approach

To automate the procedures associated with network changes, Tools4ever recommends a phased implementation of UMRA. During this process, the organization will realize benefits from day one (by addressing the primary objective of the project); additional features will be added with each phase. Eventually the organization will have an end-to-end Identity & Access Management solution in place.

Needless to say, the number and order of implementation steps and the total lead time can be tailored to your specific wishes and requirements.

Our approach is comprised of the following phases:

Phases Link
Phase 1: Form-based helpdesk delegation
Delegate user account management tasks by having non-skilled employees use the secure forms.

Phase 2: User provisioning from the HR/SIS system
Automatically synchronize user accounts between the HR system (e.g. SAP HR, PeopleSoft, Beaufort) and Active Directory and other systems across the network.
Phase 3: Managing user accounts in other applications
Manage user accounts in other systems and applications than Active Directory, Exchange and NTFS.
Phase 4: Workflow Management and Self Service
Through WFM and SS, the organization itself is offered the option to request, verify and approve facilities and implement network changes independently. The changes are executed across the network according to predefined UMRA rule sets.

Phase 5: Role-based Access Control (RBAC)
UMRA supports Role Based Access Control (RBAC) information.

Result within few weeks

To start, Tools4ever will establish processes to manage basic account lifecycle functions throughout the enterprise (add, modify, disable). We then broaden the implementation process by streamlining the information provisioning associated with user account changes and resource assignment. Because of its phased approach, Tools4ever can provide its customers with tangible results in just a few weeks time as well as realizing a directly measurable ROI.
